Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

I love Mexican food! I grew up with homemade food when I was a kid. I saw this recipe and had to share. Just click on the photo and watch the video. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Prepare Homemade Green Chile Enchilada Sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Spread 1/3 of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking pan.
  4. Dip 1 tortilla into sauce and set on plate.
  5. Place desired amount of shredded chicken and cheese on tortilla and roll up.
  6. Place tortilla in baking dish.
  7. Repeat steps 3–5 for remaining tortillas.
  8. Pour remaining sauce on top.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  10. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  11. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve.
